Tangle is an application that allows you to meet people you often walk past on the street. It makes opportunity meets happen at random moments throughout the day. Even during your lunch break. Maybe, on the subway, on the bus or on your way to work. Tangle has a wonderful memory for those in the background who aren't looking. It can even do a quick reference check to find you when you're looking for something. Tangle allows you to have a few minutes to think about what you need to get done and then it will take you where ever you are going.
The application works wonderfully for Android because it allows you to connect to your Google profile. When you open the application you are immediately connected to Google and given a list of people who are within the distance you are searching. This list then changes as the search progresses so that it changes with you. You can connect to more than one Google profile, if you wish, or use just one that will include people within a certain radius.
I would highly recommend this Android application for people that live in a small area or for those that don't want to waste their time searching through hundreds of apps just to find someone nearby. This application works incredibly well. If you are looking for a friend, a job or even a potential date, this is exactly what you need. This is an application that will let you know where they are so that you can find them. It will even tell you how many people they have met and how often. If you're like me, you can also set up a number so that the search process will be much quicker. I would give Tangle a try and it's a nice touch to have a phone number associated with the profile so that you can reach them anytime without wasting time and gas.
